Clearance services

A one-stop shop for customs operations, a modern system that operates in complete independence from physical transport flows. BLR meets the challenge of information gathering within your supply chain. Smoother data exchanges (EDI – online forms – API – flat files), artificial intelligence tools (tariff classification, anomaly detection) mean that we can offer customs services at competitive costs in the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

UK and Ireland

With agents and local teams on both sides of the Channel, BLR Bellereaux is a key partner for British and European exporters and importers.Since BREXIT, the formal obligations on both sides (UCC and HMRC) have increasingly complicated transit and customs clearance processes in particular for SPS goods

Switzerland

BLR Bellereaux provides a one-stop service for customs clearance for its customers exporting to and importing from Switzerland, with the capacity to operate in more than twenty border customs offices, as well as the two main Swiss airports. BLR is also guiding its customers through the process changes resulting from the new Swiss management system for the digital processing of customs procedures, PASSAR (2023-2027).

EU27

Digital processing of customs and regulatory operations, (very) gradual convergence of national customs systems, special procedures – the European Union Customs Code provides a framework that our declarants have perfectly mastered to simplify the introduction of foreign goods into France and throughout the customs territory of the 27 countries of the European Union. BLR Bellereaux holds “DCN” (centralised customs clearance) authorisation for more than 300 points in France, and its teams also support its major customers in Community centralised customs clearance projects (CC: Central Clearance).

Third countries <> EU27

Outside Europe, in most of the 155 other member countries of the WCO (World Customs Organisation), BLR Bellereaux has local correspondents with whom we can build solutions and meet the demands of our export customers in the EU, Switzerland and the UK. The use of local specialists is preferable in many countries where the legislative culture and regulatory maturity are fundamentally different.

EU27, United Kingdom, EFTA countries including Switzerland, our experts are ready to analyse your needs and implement appropriate solutions.
